On page 54 in Kaya's World it shows a woman in this exact red, orange, and white outfit. You can see the outfit if u don't have Kaya's Worl or the Paper dolls by going to Curt's Comeplete Guide on the Items that Never Were under Kaya. Maybe this is why they havn't made it yet? Becuase it would really just be a stolen idea? I've known this for awhile but never thought to say something....
